By placing an order with ProstSEO, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of services whether you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

ProstSEO does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and ProstSEO will not refund orders that are processed if you feel they are taking too long. ProstSEO tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

While our clients have enjoyed lots of success with ranking on Google and social media verification. Social media and Google algorithms are out of our control. We cannot guarantee that you'll be verified on social media or that your Website will arise on the first page of a Google search for your name, brand name, or any other Keyword. This website is not a part of FOX, CBS, NBC, USA Today, Google, or any other company mentioned on our website.

ProstSEO can help your website get new website visitors with its service, but we cannot guarantee if it will result in sales or leads. The amount of traffic from our backlinks is unpredictable as well.

We don't guarantee 100% indexed links, we guarantee that all of the backlinks have been crawled by Google spider with some.

ProstSEO will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer but don't worry we are 100% sure that our services are safe for your site, you just have to follow your instructions and recommendations.

By accepting this Agreement, you agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, documents, reports that we provide in connection with your Account and your use of the service.

We will provide these Communications to you by emailing them to you at the primary email address listed in your Account registration, by texting them to you at the primary telephone number listed in your Account registration, by emailing or texting you a link or instructions on how to access them on a website, or by posting them on the Website (on your account).

Communications are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time they are emailed to you, posted to the Website.

In Case your orders are canceled by you or us, their value will be returned to your account on the site and you can reuse it in making new orders.

We reserve the right to disapprove of any website that we feel does not sufficiently meet our standard of quality. We DO NOT intentionally accept or allow the following types of content:

Adult content: We don't allow all kinds of sexual content: Text, images, audio, or video that can be interpreted as suggesting sexual. Sites promote Hook-up or fling dating, swinger dating sites, sex toys, strip clubs, adult movies, sexually suggestive live streaming, sexually suggestive role-playing games, etc.

Drug Abuse & Addiction: We don't allow the content of recreational drugs: Heroin, Cocaine, Viagra, Marijuana Tobacco, etc.

Gambling: We don’t allow any content that facilitates, promotes, or is affiliated in any way with online gambling or wagering of any type. Examples of restricted gambling-related content: physical casinos; sites where users can bet on poker, bingo, roulette, Judi, slot, lotteries, etc.

Alcohol: We don’t allow all kinds of alcohol-related content, both for alcohol and drinks that resemble alcohol: beer, wine, Champagne, distilled spirits, etc

Scams: We don't allow the content of Hacking software or instructions, fake documents, and academic cheating services.

Inappropriate content: We don't allow shocking content or promote hatred, intolerance, discrimination, or violence; bullying or intimidation of an individual or group, racial discrimination, hate group paraphernalia, cruelty to animals, murder, self-harm, extortion, or blackmail.

Dangerous products or services: We don't allow the content of some products or services that cause damage, harm, or injury: equipment to facilitate drug use; weapons, ammunition, black magic, other harmful products or services.

We also have the right to reject any content that we do not find suitable for our standards. We use a combination of automated and human evaluation to ensure your website content complies with our policies.

If you think that your website does not violate our policies, please contact us.

You can cancel orders to make an amendment or for any other reason as long as their status is still “Pending”, but it is not possible to cancel orders if their status is changed to “Processing” or "Completed ".

We may also in our sole discretion and at any time reject any Orders that we do not find suitable for our standards.

The reports for your submitted order(s) will be stored in our servers for up to 180 days, after that, they may be automatically deleted!
